This policy covers this website, operated by Telehealth Blueprints ("TBP," "we," "us"). It describes what we collect here, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
We are not a healthcare provider. TBP builds software for founders. We do not provide medical care, we do not create patient relationships, and we never collect, hold, or process patient health information, on this site or anywhere else. That is a design boundary of our product, not a disclaimer. It is also why you will not find a Notice of Privacy Practices or a telehealth consent here: those documents belong to healthcare providers, and we are not one. Any company you build using our products holds its own patient data in its own systems, under its own agreements, and publishes its own patient-facing policies.
Only what you type into this site's two forms:
That is the list. We do not require accounts. The questions assistant on this site runs entirely in your browser from a fixed script and sends us nothing. We do not run advertising pixels or cross-site trackers on this site. Our hosting and form-storage providers collect standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run their services.
To send you the briefing you requested, to respond to your early access request, and to contact you about the product you expressed interest in. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. The site says "no spam, no list-selling" next to the forms; this page is where that promise lives in writing.
Form submissions are stored with our infrastructure providers (currently a managed database and a hosting platform) in write-restricted storage. Email we exchange with you lives in our business mailbox. We use service providers only to run this site and communicate with you.
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is clear you are not interested and we clean our lists, whichever comes first. Ask and it goes.
Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor deletion and access requests regardless of which state you write from.
This site is for founders and operators. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it, and material changes will be noted plainly on this page. We will not quietly expand what we collect.
